I also ordered directly from the supplier as they had great customer service. But I didn't, I thought I did and instead ordered from Wilson Electronics, which is listed as one of the company names. I paid for shipping 2 days and received it 4 days later not because of UPS but because they only shipped it 2 days after I ordered it. I received and installed it. Nice green bar but no upgrade in service. I called tech support and they transferred me to Wilson and they tried to sell me a new cable. No, I wanted to end it and get him back.
