These boots are very well made. My 10 year old German Shepherd is not very active anymore. At the moment, he most often moves from the dog bed to the garden to relieve himself. He burned a hole in it very quickly and dragged his hind legs across the sidewalk. I just ordered my 3rd pair. for the last 2 months. If the rubber ran more on the booties, they would last longer. Otherwise, their cost increases rapidly, leading me to look for alternative boots. For those who find booties slipping around on your dog, just make sure the velcro straps are secure - the lace doesn't really serve a purpose. If you're reading this QUMY, adjusting the elastic minus the bungee cord gives a 5 star rating.
