Terrible packaging and construction
Arrived in a bag marked Fragile inside a padded envelope not marked Fragile. It is clear that he is completely devastated. The shape has been restored, but a scallop has been added to the inside in such a way that the corners create bulges in the structure of the hat that are visible from the outside. The felt itself was mottled with many light fibers and dust particles. The style/shape is a bit unbalanced/bulky which makes it look a bit cartoonish. It arrived very quickly and is what was advertised hence 2 stars.
