I am very dissatisfied with KeeQii's service and support as a client. After ordering a safe from them online, I was disappointed to find that it arrived broken. I've tried to get in touch with their customer care department multiple times, but have heard nothing back. To add insult to injury, I found their website to be cluttered and confusing. There was a lack of clarity in both the product details and the checkout procedure. Using KeeQii has been a stressful and unprofessional experience for me.
