These filters offer a level of taste purity rarely found outside of a commercial food laboratory. I'm a trained Bigfoot hunter and there's nothing quite like the perfect espresso to cheer up long hours of squash hunting. Of course, I also have a theory that the aroma of medium-roasted arabica can cause an odd squat. In any case, I've put my Breville Duo-Temp Pro in some pretty tricky situations; wherever it might squat. Let me tell you, these filters shine. Salt water, pond water, shoe water. Not only do they filter out all suspended matter, they also taste like a mountain spring. The only doubt is the packaging. Six. That's a lot of filters. I squat a lot, so I drink a lot of coffee. A LOT OF. But even at this accelerated pace, six filters still last 27 months. Granted, always having a new filter on hand is an added value, but my accountant cautions against tying up so much of my net worth in coffee filter futures. It can be a tough decision, but these are such great filters that I keep jumping into a different bag. This is a 5 star product.
