Somehow, I overlooked that the skirt has pockets. Originally, I looked at the longer skirt but ordered the shorter one with the bow tie. "I" hate pockets on skirts.I am 5'4" and 160. I normally wear large. I ordered large. It fits with plenty of stretch left in the elastic waist. I could probably wear a medium. The skirt touches the lower portion of my calves. It does have a full slip, not those slips that stop at the thighs. The slip falls below my knees but just a few inches shorter than the skirt. I am returning the skirt only because I did not notice the pockets.
