Will come back 6 months or a year later to buy it because it surpasses the quality or performance level that you expected from it or maybe even offered at a great price or had a unique design with innovative features not found in similar products. on the contrary, with extremely BAD and insufficient workmanship both inside, directly behind the charging port on the fan, and outside the charging port and the surrounding area, which prevents you from further charging the fan due to cheap workmanship. Materials used to build the charging port. To be honest I've seen a lot of kids toys and cheaper products that use the same type of charging port as this fan and they cost so much less than this fan that you can't even imagine buying a quality product with durability expect . , "You get what you pay for, right"? WRONG, not with this product. I now feel betrayed and betrayed by the poor or non-existent customer service, the high price and the very little use I got from this fan before the problems started with the charging cable constantly falling out or not charging when it was fully inserted into the connector on the fan and we could often see the charging status changing as the LED lights were clearly changing color back and forth (1 minute charge time next isn't). So not only can it not charge if it's constantly loose and falling out of the charging port, but even on rare occasions it stays connected, it seems like there's a short in the wiring. And the craziest thing is that we never took the 2 devices we bought outside of our home, they always stay in the same place which means there is no reason to turn them off, plug them back in, unplug them etc. We leave The charging cable plugs into the charging port on the fan, but when it's fully charged we simply remove the other end of the charging cable from the USB adapter. We at least expected this product to be well constructed in terms of using better than usual materials since it's advertised as a camping fan (we immediately think it's designed for outdoor use, strong, durable, at least a bit, right?), especially considering the cost, otherwise we would never have bought 2 of them at the same time. Also, we definitely expected some level of customer support, be it just answering customer questions via email or chat, troubleshooting when needed, and definitely honoring the 1-year warranty as advertised. But NONE of them came true! After 3+ months of requesting contact information (email address, website chat, phone number, whatever) and then posting questions in the product Q&A section here on Revain requesting contact information because it was incorrect Ports were charged not only on 1 fan but also on 2 we bought at the same time (1 white and 1 blue) and we still have NOT received any contact info or exchange or repair process within the 12 month warranty window 😡 Guess they are waiting simply until the warranty expires before attempting to reply or help because they are no longer bound by the warranty! I would not recommend this product to anyone and I will never buy anything from the Keynice brand again or even their subsidiaries as I don't feel they stand behind their products. I've bought many items with the same type of charging port (as mentioned) but at a much lower price, and they were much better built and included a degree of customer service. I don't usually write reviews often unless the product is amazing, worth admiring others, or even the customer service for the product exceeds expectations and the product is just free, so OR the product and/or customer service are worse! It makes me sad and angry when customers suffer because they trust a company, think they're worth buying based on the product description, read what they think are honest customer reviews (not incentive-based reviews), promised customer service and guarantees just to discover it They paid a huge price for Trash BITTER with non-existent customer service and guarantee!
