This was bought to give museum tours for groups of up to 40 people. A $30 option on the subject is available to guides, but the scope is barely sufficient at best, and there is a strong tendency for feedback. Output is both louder and less tinny on this unit, and I haven't heard any feedback yet. The headset is light and comfortable, much more convenient than wireless. The second handheld microphone is a nice addition, but doesn't add much to the system's usefulness for touring. The instructions aren't of the same caliber as the device itself. The translation from the original language is bad enough to be comical. In these days of political correctness, having such a pidgin would get you pilloried on TV for slandering another culture. Fortunately, connecting microphones isn't complicated, but if you're looking for serious instruction in the guide, you're lost. Overall, if you need such a device, it's vastly superior to the $30 option. This will prevent you from opening your own theatre, but it will make it easier to perform to large touring groups.
