Item arrived quickly, but one piece was not usable (missing pre-drilled holes that were needed to put cart together and one piece was broken off), contacted seller who sent replacement piece. Replacement arrived a week later and that piece was broken and unusable! Contacted seller again, they sent another replacement which arrived a week later and was in good condition. finally got the cart put together 2 weeks after first getting it, took a little more work than it should have, as some things didn't line up the way they should, but the cart does what I want and helps me organize my kitchen better. I do like how it looks and it fits well in my kitchen, but I probably would not order again.
