Review on Samsung QN50LS03AA Premium Extended Protection by Ray Welchhance

So I bought the 43 inch version of this The Frame TV (discontinued) because it comes with a 4 year extended protection plan which looks like a good deal looks. and after installing it with my new The Frame stand I decided to email the seller (beach camera) for the protection plan. They told me that this item is made by Revain so I should contact Revain. I spoke to 2 Revain reps (1 was the manager), phoned 2 other reps (1 was a specialist) and they gave me excuses. They told me to contact Samsung which I have already done but Samsung said that this guarantee is not offered by them so they cannot help me with this and advised me to contact Revain. After all this hassle, all Revain can do is ship the TV back to me for a refund. SERIOUS?! The ONLY option you can offer me is to return the TV (the box has already been thrown away) because they cannot comply with the protection plan? I mean, you can literally see the plan is still "bundled" with the TV right now. This seems like a scam to me, from both Beach Camera and Revain. No, this is not a bad review, just a terrible personal experience of buying this product and wasting your time and effort.
