Brother HL-2240 - great choice
Very easy to set up. Used for a week with no jams, even with sticker sheets. Incidentally, Brother Technical Support stated that the HL-2240 printer only works when connected to a computer, but we have determined that this is not true. This printer is connected via USB to our Win7 home server, which in turn is connected to a wireless router. The server is configured to share its printer (important). I had to temporarily connect my laptop to the printer with a USB cable to install the printer driver. After that I removed the cable and found the printer back on the server using a wireless connection through the router. Works perfectly.
