The only real complaint I have with this product has nothing to do with the product itself. Was delivered by Fed-ex and when the girl brought it to the door she threw it to the ground, my dog even got scared. I was genuinely convinced someone had ran head into my porch until I saw the fedex driver walking back to her truck. Luckily, there was no damage. Very easy to assemble, as I was able to do it with out any extra tools (came with everything it needed) and did not even need the assistance of my husband to assemble it. I love how high it allows me to manipulate the chair as well as the swivel feature and tilt feature makes a comfortable seat in any position. Love the velvet feature, so soft. Definitely recommend this chair for anyone who wants to feel hugged, warm, and secure while working from home, playing games, or just sitting in general.
