First of all, keep in mind that despite its looks and description, this is only a $30 TOY. This is NOT an amateur level or anything remotely close to it. It will bring a lot of fun to a little kid, just like a TOY. It's strong enough to be used in the mud or at home, on hard floors and even on short-pile carpets. This will NOT work well on hilly terrain where there are many steep climbs or grass covering the top of your shoes. It has what many call steering. You can turn sharp right or sharp left. No proportional steering. The board works very well. There are no dead zones. There is no walking speed control. Is it full throttle or no throttle. But full throttle is good. The car runs on a small 3.7V battery (two included). I think a total of 60 minutes of running is unrealistic. The battery compartment looks big enough to hold a large battery if you keep it at 3.7V. It is NOT recommended to operate this RC in mud or water, the electronics are NOT waterproof. This Treywell remote control car is great for sidewalks, driveways, paved floors and cul-de-sacs (off the road, watch your kids). I think for a $30 toy this kid is a great RC car. Five stars.
