First of all, the product arrived with no assembly instructions. It was easy, but still - if I had instructions I wouldn't waste time making sure all the pieces are the same, checking if there's a 'lower' or 'upper' shelf, etc. Second. , the metal tubes that hold everything together are very sharp; I cut my hand by squeezing one of them at the base and the blood gushed everywhere - it was like a razor. (Do I need a tetanus shot now?) There's a green sticker in the middle of each shelf, sort of like an ID card, and they're very difficult to peel off and leave a sticky mess. And they're at the top of every shelf, not the bottom, so they're easy to see. Finally, the included accessory hooks are so wide that you can only hang very few things from them (although, to be honest, I should have seen that before I bought it). It's quite a functional item and fits well with what I need. It is, but the above issues have spoiled any enjoyment of my new storage space.
