I decided to treat myself to a top shaver after sadly losing my 10 year old entry level Panasonic shaver. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life. 1) This razor does not give a close shave. What good is a razor if it doesn't come close? 2) She is missing a lot of hair. I have to easily go over my neck 5-10 times to finish my shave. No matter how hard I pull the skin or what angle I hold the razor at - I know how to shave, but unfortunately this razor doesn't. 3) After a few months of using the razor I started getting a terrible burning sensation. This despite using the official Braun cleaning solution at the charging and cleaning station + manual cleaning. Ignore the paid reviews on the "Best" lists and save money - you're better off buying an entry-level $40 razor.
