After seeing a post about how these RAW cork balls made a hiker's feet feel better on the trail, I immediately bought a pair. I have been struggling with leg pain related to posterior shin tendinitis. After rolling my foot on these balls several times a day for a week, the pain subsided greatly. After long hikes, it hurt INCREDIBLY to walk on my legs. It took ice, ibuprofen and elevation to make them feel better the next morning. The intense pressure exerted by raw cork balls acts on pressure points that help relax tight tendons and make the recovery process much faster. Now I roll my legs for 15-20 minutes and put them on ice for 30 minutes and they immediately feel better. They are lightweight, making them a camper or hiker's dream. I plan on taking them on all hikes and rolling my legs at least once during a hike to see if that helps prevent the end of hike pain I'm currently having. I highly recommend them. worth your money!
