Product is as shown in the photos. The price could have been cheaper as it is a basic mount. Yes it works, but in my opinion it's a cheaper way to use whip mounts. When installing, I added a few strips of sticky foam (like window sealing tape) to ensure a tighter fit and prevent the mount from cutting into the paint and causing a rust stain. I'm glad I had something on hand. I think they should have sent a few pieces along. You need to work with the bindings to make your whips flip the same way. Apart from these small problems everything went well. It turned out good. I would buy again
