I've had this car mount for a few weeks now and I love it! Finding a mount big enough for my Galaxy Note 4 phablet was a challenge. I read many reviews and finally settled on this one. Contrary to some reviewers, I had no trouble sticking the suction cup. I prefer the windshield mount. I washed the windshield and attached the bracket. I had a little trouble removing it to move it, but that just showed me how well it sticks to the glass. I live in an area where there can be very large humidity swings and fairly large temperature swings in winter. This mount has never been dropped. My guess is that anyone who's had this problem either didn't clean their glass properly, or tried to stick it to a surface that nothing but glue will hold on to. Inserting and removing my phone is quick and easy. I use this mount vertically instead of horizontally and it works great. My husband's iPhone 6 plus also fits well in this holder. Both phones have Otterbox. Overall, I would recommend this mount to anyone who has a large phone (phablet). Update: After 2 years of almost daily use, the suction cup is finally gathering dust. I was sad to see that it didn't work!
