Why do so many people love this light? All you (as a person in a room) see is a band of light - blue, red, green, blue, red, green - clearly visible from all sides. Very annoying. The fish don't see this (I'm out of water view) but I do NOT want to see all those lights from all angles - standing, lying down, sitting in a chair etc. Will have to return. Back to my NICREW SkyLED planted aquarium lights, a full spectrum light for freshwater aquariums. They managed to come up with a good light where the bulbs are not visible (although they are under the cover). Maybe it's because most people use the traditional bulky gas cap, but I use the Versa glass cap. Three stars because it's good light but bad design.
