great socks! They stay under my light hiking shoes, sneakers, running shoes. I would really like to have several pairs that I could wear every day, but I'm afraid the high price is prohibitive. Maybe there is one or the other candidate who would like to conquer the field? (Hint, hint!) The reason I gave it 4 stars for comfort is because the overlay design at the bottom of the sock is a bit annoying at times. It's just not needed in terms of both "function" and "form". Aside from that small detail, the suppleness and smoothness factor of these socks is incredible. I have a broken toe and other issues and the stitches on my socks are what annoy me the most! So this is a find. And luckily they are quite durable! So maybe I don't need that many pairs after all? Oh, does this company also make ski socks?
