After placing my order, I initially received the wrong display which was not compatible with my laptop. I am still giving this purchase a 5 star rating due to the prompt and exceptional customer service I received in troubleshooting this issue. I received the original order three days before the estimated arrival date, unfortunately the part was wrong. I contacted the seller through Revain and was surprised to get a response almost immediately (six minutes). How often does that happen? I was promptly informed that the correct item would be shipped immediately and I avoided the usual Revain wait for the wrong item to be returned. The correct product was sent by the seller on Saturday and received on Monday. That's service! The display is now installed and works great. I would like to point out why I gave this item a five star rating even though the first part was wrong. While a company (or any person or person) should always strive for excellence, in the real world this is not always achievable. "Things happen". The true level of excellence is measured by the response and actions taken to resolve issues as they arise. BrightFocal's seller certainly prevailed in this situation. In these times I cannot praise the customer service enough! In addition, upon receipt of the correct part, it turned out to be perfect and as advertised.
