Good performance, quality materials, but Wifi Bridge crashes every day (fixed)
This product has a good balance between features and cost. PRO: - High quality materials (feel heavy and durable) - Easy installation. Installation steps can be found on YouTube or in their Eufy Security app. Installing the app, connecting to the lock and the Wi-Fi Bridge is very easy. It is possible to track who enters the database with its unique code. Cons: - Wi-Fi bridge disconnects (blinking red) every day for no apparent reason. There's no reset option other than plugging and unplugging, which completely defeats the purpose. As a result, Smart Lock also shows offline mode, but apparently still responds via BT. (only if one is in close proximity) - I've moved the wifi bridge to 2-3 different AC outlets in different locations and it made no difference. Edit: Yufi came forward and replaced the wifi bridge. All is well. thanks for that
