Easy and convenient cable management

I grew up and my dad always had at least one of these things. We bought our first house, the only outlet was on the ceiling joist and I needed more access to outlets. I bought one of these when renovating a garage. When it arrived I screwed it right into the ceiling joist and wired it up. Super easy, so convenient. I've used this many times to hook up to my garage fridge and vacuum when cleaning my car. Every garage should have one.
