This is the second time I use it after getting the extension. After my use I have no way to retract the cord. Can you tell me how to deal with the situation? I'm still waiting for your reply to the above question I sent you about 10 days ago.

I had to use it fully unplugged so I unplugged the power cord all the way. Works great but when I tried to pull it back I couldn't. Now it's just fully extended and won't retract. Surpasses the purpose of being retractable. Wouldn't recommend it.

Very disappointed! Right out of the box (thankfully before installing it on the wall) it was clear that the cable wasn't going to stay taut. Regardless of the angle, you will hear a click indicating the line is staying in place, but when you let go of the line you will hear a grinding sound as the line slowly retracts onto the spool.

I grew up and my dad always had at least one of these things. We bought our first house, the only outlet was on the ceiling joist and I needed more access to outlets. I bought one of these when renovating a garage. When it arrived I screwed it right into the ceiling joist and wired it up. Super easy, so convenient. I've used this many times to hook up to my garage fridge and vacuum when cleaning my car. Every garage should have one.

It attaches to the ceiling of my garage (with the screws provided) and is very stable. The socket has three angled plugs, wide enough for each plug, even if it is very wide.
