Works on hard men's heels!
I don't know why anyone would have trouble with this thing. Maybe they're trying too hard? Hold it gently, run it over your heel or callus, and be patient. That's all you need and this thing does an AMAZING job. Before that, my heels could allow me to climb a wall like Spider-Man. Now they are almost as soft as my baby's. Okay, maybe not that soft, but not too wide. By the way, I had to do this with my feet in a plastic bag because there is a lot of sawdust (yuk) in there that would otherwise start to float. Keep a damp towel nearby to get your feet out and dry them off when you're done.
