Easy to open plastic case that was just sealed in a clear cellophane sleeve.You get 12 lash clusters in each row size 10mm-16mm. For some reason you get 2 rows of size 14mm, this would be the size I would probably use the most instead of 16mm. The lashes themselves are courser & stiffer feeling than some I have gotten. I like softer feeling lashes.Lash clusters were easy to remove from adhesive strip but I made sure to grab cluster base with lash tweezers before trying to remove. Didn't have any eyelash clusters come apart or rip. I like that the clusters also have a very thin base so it blends a lot nicer once applied, doesn’t look overly fake or bulky. The lashes themselves have a deeper curl than I normally go for but not too bad. I usually prefer my lash clusters to be variegated in length as well rather than all one, but once applied they looked ok. I applied all the various lengths starting with 10mm towards inside of eye and worked out. Slight difference in lengths between 10 & 12 mm but 14-16mm almost look the same length once applied.I applied the lash clusters with Velour tweezers and DUO lash glue. Had to hold the lash clusters a little longer than normal to keep them in place, feel a little top heavy but once glue had set, they don’t feel overly heavy or bulky, almost like natural weight lashes. No mascara used.
