The shake is good. I honestly only tried one scoop and 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk and it tasted good. It wasn't pasty like other cocktails. I decided to take it up a notch and create a more satisfying smoothie to drink when breaking my fast and reducing cravings, and the improvements have been great! 1 scoop mixture 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp. % cocoa powder 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp whipping cream 2 tbsp nut butter (I used almond butter) The downside was the price. It's just me and I drink a smoothie every day, but I feel like I should have accepted it. In addition, the manufacturer does not completely fill the canister.
