I bought this product for several reasons: 1) I love cats. So I thought the print was cute. It was a good print size, art with no sign of irreverence, and more akin to what you see in Asian communities compared to American "photographs". 2) The size of the bag is a good average size for my use when travelling, exploring new cities and theme parks. It comfortably fits 2 raincoats and a medium sized water bottle. 3) The outside zip pocket is big enough for my huge phone and some extra space. 4) There are 2 side pockets perfect for quick access. 5) The inner cavity has a large compartment as well as a small pocket for internal organization. 6) Padded shoulder straps add extra comfort. Which I really appreciate because after carrying a full backpack for 8 hours it gets very tiring and my shoulders and back hurt. 7) Canvas is easy to wash when heavily soiled. But it can also be sprayed with a protective cloth. 8) It is strong enough to stand alone and won't shake when there is little space inside. 9) The price was right. I've previously found a cheap $10 baby pack. But it offered very few amenities. And also bought a second one for $27 which offered a "grown up" look but didn't have as many amenities. So buying a mid-range backpack was a bargain in my opinion. 10) Large zippers that don't seem to break or wear out easily. In addition, there are 2 zippers to open/close the main compartment for easy entry.
