I bought a medium size (socks in size 6-8, 10 small kids 4 big kids in shoes) for my 3 year old who wears US 8.5 W in shoes, his feet are very wide. They fit well with little room to grow which is perfect because he is autistic and these are the only socks he doesn't take off. I don't wear it anymore :(
