This brush is magic I used it on my granddaughter's hair before I used the brush At the same time I had to mist her hair to make sure it was wet enough, to be combed but when using this brush I was amazed that I could easily comb it immediately after washing it, it didn't move or squirm, in fact it seemed to like it. Her hair is medium thick 4a and very curly. The only thing that bothered me was that the little rod holding the bristles together kept coming loose so I just used it without and it was still tight. They should have called it NATURAL HAIR WONDER BRUSH because that's what it is. If you are constantly combing tangled curly hair and need relief, get this brush and you will love it!
