We keep honey bees and at this time of year (after honey harvest) they need to be fed sugar water. We feed them from inverted jars above each hive and need to replenish them every 3-4 days. We mixed the sugar water in a 5 gallon orange bucket, but then it was too much to lift and pour into glasses with funnels on top. That's how we came up with the idea of using the IGLOO cooler and it worked much better. down to the needle. Pressing this button while filling a gallon can at a time became PAINFUL after a few cans. So THIS jack was REAL! This is the perfect replacement, easy to install and sealed very tightly. It is durable and reliable. Now we can mix the sugar water, set the faucet over the sink and put the glass back in place. Turn off the faucet and leave it. When it's done, flip it over and it turns off completely. Not the smallest drop! PERFECT! Now mixing all that sugar water is a PLEASURE. We installed the faucet on the side. Installed so it WORKS when you press the spigot and leaves enough room to stay open, but that way it's only 1/8" from the radiator. It made more sense for us to mount it on the side in order to be able to fold it up and down quickly and easily, which has to be taken into account for sporty use etc. (regular use!). But for our use I think it will take a very long time. For the money this is great value! And we save hundreds on chiropractic bills! lol
