UPDATE 11/30: My replacement case arrived quickly and I am pleased to report that the automatic sleep/wake function works as advertised! I am particularly impressed with Ztotop's customer service team for the quick replies to my emails (within about 18 hours) and the prompt delivery of the replacement item! UPDATE Nov. 27: After Ztotop struck a deal, they acknowledged the design issue and promised a model. Added a star for good customer service. Will be updated again after receiving a replacement. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While the 360 degree rotation is great, I was very disappointed to discover that right out of the box this case *didn't* have an auto sleep/wake feature (when you open it, the iPad should wake up when you close it should the iPad sleep). The product description mentions a "magnetic buckle" and several responses to questions on the product page state that it has this feature (although some disagreed). Update this review accordingly. The material otherwise feels a bit flimsy, although viewing angles are good and the plastic interior of the case holds the iPad firmly.
