The sound is almost inaudible.

First, I can barely hear the sound and it's turned all the way up. By the way, I have perfect hearing. We tried everything on different devices. It's just too hard to listen to music at all. And the smell of the headband is very bad. I have a headache. It's that weird chemical smell that won't wash off. I had other products made from the same material. It's not noise cancelling. Because it's so quiet I can hear everything in the room, even my own breathing.
