This definitely softens lips but there was no tint in the one I received and it wasn't glossy. If just looking for something to soften lips this would have been fine, but not for the price. Also, the smell was very perfumey.and strong. I didn't like it.
- We got the lip conditioner and LOVE it, my daughter uses it all the time.
- Quite chalky, and broken, but not worth sending back.
