Review on Smart Car Rental Software by Jason Lockwood

We worked with smart car rentals several years ago, when they were still called BHR Business Services LLC (BSL) - it really was an exceptional experience which I can't recommend enough! The team at that time really cared about their customers' needs as much or more than our own. From initial consultation to after-sales support, everything is excellent; highly recommended if you are thinking of using their services. It's hard not use all four stars here. Nothing in particular comes up negatively, but maybe the only thing is this site doesn´t have any sort of customer service phone number or live chat area? So please make sure you check your contract agreement very carefully before committing to work with them because there may be specific terms regarding cancellations/changes etc. The benefits we've gained by working with them include being able to control costs through greater efficiency via better pricing, having access to a larger pool of vehicles compared to other providers of like size. I like that we have been able to see all of our rentals in one place, it makes scheduling easier as well! It's not perfect but they are working hard at making improvements so keep an eye out. If you want something easy this is what you should go with. The best part about smart carrental system was how organized everything became when using their platform. They helped us make sure every detail went smoothly from start till end while renting cars or vans through them.
