Overall good product and experience overall
I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service (they've helped me with my issues multiple times), can scale up or down without any problems depending upon your needs at time.
It also does not come cheap - but you get what ya pay for! There are so many things one could say about this software as there isn't much negative in terms of features either from our side while using them daily since we started running everything off their platform back around April/May 2019 (and still no downtime). We used all 4 major platforms available including AWS EMR Cluster Manager which was very complicated compared other more simple products out ther ethat had less functions than others such as SparkPi etc., but did require some learning curve before getting into working correctly once they're set aside properly though nothing too difficult here really although sometimes do take longer then expected when setting.
- Extremely user friendly interface making sure everyone is ableto work together well within team environment easily even if new members join regularly alongwith having an extensive library already pre made ready made templates included just makes life easier overall allowing users who have never worked through coding languages previously be better prepared quickly enough by simply copy pasting code snippets directly onto page instead needing hours figuring stuff manually first hand especially given how long projects tend ttake
