As the saying goes, "best bang for the buck," the Z-Edge's 27-inch flat screen isn't bad. You could easily spend the same money or more for a smaller monitor from a more established brand without a significant gain in picture quality. Overall picture quality is good on a flat screen, and you should probably consider switching to something more curved if you want to go bigger. A curved screen can be a way of bumping up the price, though, as the viewing angles of a flat 27-inch display can feel a bit narrow before you lose a bit in color quality and image reproduction. The panel itself seems to be sufficient. for most games, although one notable annoyance is how long it takes to wake up. I think I've seen CRTs come to life faster than this monitor. Colors were accurate without much manual calibration. The included stand is suitable for most applications and the monitor doesn't seem to tip over easily. However, it will not be amazing in terms of aesthetics. Z-Edge clearly put the most money into finding a good panel and keeping the overall look. However, it fits well in any environment where some LG and Alienware monitors might look a bit out of place in an office or conference room. we get.
