I admit it. I'm terrible with my makeup and my brushes. I don't care if it's past its prime; If it still works, I'll use it. And those badger brushes I paid a ton for? Pretty sure they still kept the powder and eyeshadow from 6 years ago. So, in a rare crucial moment, I finally broke down and started looking for a brush cleaner. I chose this one based almost entirely on the price of the add-on. I thought of el Daily Brush Cleaner which was even cheaper but so much smaller that a bottle of Ecotools was more cost effective. And a pretty big bottle. How does it work? Well, I'm happy to say that this cleaner does its job perfectly! My brushes were so saturated with the old paint that I figured I might need a new set. Aside from just looking bad, all the old paint probably affected the pigment and application every time I used them. A little of this cleaner, a few seconds of treatment and conditioner, and my brushes look almost as good as the day I bought them! I saved a ton of money on new brushes and it didn't take long for me to get lazy!
