There exist silicone license plate frames like this one. These are very thick and flexible. My license plate feels all snuggly and safe in this frame now. And my license plate does not make noise anymore! The holes almost did not align with my license plate's, but I was able to fix it as it is silicone. There is a light chemical smell to it, but it went away after a few days of leaving it out before putting it on my car. I have been using this frame for a while now and it still keeps its shape. There is no deformity whatsoever when it arrived and there are none now. I am truly amazed by how awesome this silicone frame is! This frame does catch a lot of dust outside that's flying around and the dust become dirt looking and dried up inside of the frame, but it isn't something that cannot be washed away. Wash it all away! What I like about this frame is that it does not block ANY part of my license plate like other frames do for no right reason. All the information is on there for the eye to see.
