I like that it is easy to customize as well for different industries with its built in modules which can be easily added or removed according to your need/requirement. Sometimes when you're trying out new features of incruzu sometimes there might not always work 100%. It's best if we have someone who has experience using this product before so they could assist us better by answering our doubts at times where things don't seem right! We are solving business problems such customer retention rate & understanding their needs from an omni channel perspective (mobile app + web).
