The best feature is that you can see historical data as well which helps in decision making process by comparing with previous years. I think there should be more filters to filter out certain time periods or customers so they could have all information within one screen but this may also affect performance of system because it would require extra RAM for caching purposes. The best thing about incursu is that it allows us to monitor our customers' behavior in order to offer more personalized products and services. It also provides us with detailed customer data so we can make better decisions. The UI could be improved to look more modern. I like that it is easy to customize as well for different industries with its built in modules which can be easily added or removed according to your need/requirement. Sometimes when you're trying out new features of incruzu sometimes there might not always work 100%. It's best if we have someone who has experience using this product before so they could assist us better by answering our doubts at times where things don't seem right! The ease of use to pull data from multiple sources into one dashboard is great! I like also how they have made it possible for us as BI managers or business users (without any technical skills) access all our dashboards without having trouble with customizations etc..
