Provides a lot of insights and data about your customers. Very easy to integrate with other tools. It's not so easy to understand the data and insights provided by the tool. It's a great tool to use, but I would like to see more features and a more user friendly interface. The insights provided by the tool are very useful and can be used to improve the sales process.
