Review on NutriBullet ZNBF30500Z Blender Combo 1200W by Trevor Rodke

Bought this blender just over 6 months ago. Worked well at first, but quickly became buzzy. The mixer grew louder, its whine almost painful to hear. I contacted Nutribullet and they asked me to send proof of purchase and a photo of the model number. I sent them my Revain order and photo. They said they would replace my blade without a receipt, but I had to pay $4.99 for shipping and handling. I have to call customer service and wait for shipping and handling charges because Nutribullet sent me a product that won't last a year. For now I'm disappointed with the purchase and the support response I've received.
