It was really easy to assemble. It took about 20 minutes from unpacking to installing it in the door. Everything looked well made and the shoe bench feels sturdy. I've tried putting some heavy coats/bags on the hanger and it seems to handle it well (doesn't lean or fall). The shoe rack holds enough shoes (approx. 4-6 pairs depending on shoe size). My favorite part about it is how useful it is. It is much easier and more pleasant to have a special place for storing things at the entrance / exit.
