Review on LEVOIT Humidifiers Ultrasonic Humidifier Whisper Quiet by Candace Robinson

Overall I'm very happy with this humidifier; it releases a lot of mist and looks very beautiful. However, the hygrometer just doesn't work, which means that the automatic settings (auto shut off at a certain value of H) don't work either. The hygrometer on my device always shows a humidity level of around 40% plus or minus 5%, even after several hours of high power. However, if I put a separate hygrometer next to the device and leave it there for a long time, it gradually becomes clear that the one built into the device simply does not work. See the attached photo where the difference between them is 20%. I have emailed the company using the address provided with instructions to determine if my device may be partially defective. I didn't get an answer. If I finally get an answer from them and they help to fix the problem I could improve my rating but since the main feature is broken I don't see a way to get more than three stars.
