I really liked the fact that everyone was very friendly, approachable, and made me feel as though my opinion mattered. There was also always someone available to answer any questions I had. I think the fact that they weren't able to be at each other's desks all the time is something that could have been implemented better. It would make it easier to communicate with one of your team members if you were waiting for them in another part of the office. The best thing about working at Canvas Group was being surrounded by people who cared about what we did and how our work impacted the clients we served.
