These are excellent thermal pants that fit well and are very comfortable in them. I bought them for my husband in white and they look pretty good. He said they fit just like they should, no problem, he usually wears a large size and I bought them in a large size. The material is very soft and stretchy, not thick at all. I'm not sure what "fleece lining" is as I suspect fleece adds bulk, the inside of the thermo that touches the skin is softer and cottony compared to the outside, but it isn't. even feel or look aligned. My husband uses these thermal pants for work and he says they keep his legs warm and more comfortable under his work pants. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them, no problem at all.
