Buy cheap and change often

This is a great cabin filter for the low price it comes with. When it comes to cabin filters, it doesn't matter what brand you buy, but how often you change them. I change mine every 6 months or so and I go the cheap route with Premium Guard and it does a good job of filtering the scummy air we breathe today. Why would you buy an expensive cabin filter that contains some charcoal or baking soda and leave it in your car for 2-3 years (as recommended by the automaker). Are you crazy or what? Think, McFly, think!
