I would give 1star BUT.

BUT.This product is easy to use. It is for traveling and it is sturdy. However, using did not make it easier to pull luggages. Every 5steps I made, I had to stop and straighten my luggage because the strap would swing the bags which caused luggage to flip from time to time due to hanging from the side. And when I didn't stop to fix my luggage, passersby would try to get my attention to tell me that my bags are falling🤦🏿‍♀️. this is just not for heavy packers.
