Works as a raincoat, but.

My son was so sad that his first pair of glowing wellies got too small for him so these looked like a great replacement and initially were, but in the last 3 days one got stuck and kept flashing a shelf. and didn't go out. It's visually annoying and certainly drains the battery and I was hoping they would last at least 2 years as I got a size bigger than I needed. So this is disappointing.
